The most common cause of a jammed sliding door on a Vauxhall Vivaro is a faulty latch or mechanism. It could also be due to debris or dirt blocking the track or rollers. Have you tried cleaning the track and lubricating the rollers? That could solve the problem.

Another possible cause is a misaligned or damaged track. If the track is bent or worn out, the door may not slide smoothly. Check the track for any visible damage and make sure it is properly aligned.

If the issue persists, it could be a problem with the electrical wiring or motor. In this case, it is best to take the vehicle to a professional mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.
