How to reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on a Vauxhall Zafira Life?

My TPMS light keeps coming on, even after I've filled up my tires. How do I reset it on my Vauxhall Zafira Life? Is there a specific button sequence I need to follow or a specific process that needs to be done?

To reset the TPMS on your Vauxhall Zafira Life, you need to start with the vehicle off and the key out of the ignition. Then, turn the key to the 'on' position without starting the engine. Press and hold the TPMS reset button (located under the steering wheel) until the 'TPMS reset' indicator flashes three times. Release the button and turn off the ignition. Start the vehicle and check to see if the light is still on, if it is, repeat the process.

I had the same issue with my Zafira Life and after some research, I found out that sometimes the TPMS sensors need to be replaced. If resetting it doesn't work, I recommend taking it to a trusted mechanic to have them check the sensors and potentially replace them.

Make sure you are filling up your tires to the proper pressure as listed in your vehicle's manual. If the pressure is too low or too high, the TPMS light may continue to come on even after resetting it.
