One possible cause of this issue could be worn out or damaged shock absorbers. These are responsible for absorbing the impact of rough roads and bumps, so if they are damaged or worn out, it could result in a stiffer ride. I would recommend getting them checked and replaced if needed.

Another possibility could be an issue with the suspension bushings. These are small rubber or polyurethane components that help to absorb vibrations and keep the suspension system working smoothly. If these are worn out, it could result in a stiff ride. I would suggest getting them checked and replaced if needed.

Low or incorrect tyre pressure can also cause a stiff ride. Make sure to check your tyre pressure regularly and adjust it to the recommended levels for your vehicle. This can greatly improve the comfort of your ride.

Lastly, it could be an issue with the suspension springs. If these are worn out or damaged, they may be unable to support the weight of the vehicle and cause a stiff ride. I would recommend getting them checked and replaced if necessary.
