I've noticed that my Vauxhall Astra is making a clicking sound when I start the engine or when I am driving at low speeds. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. I've checked the battery and it seems to be fine. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
ReplyIt sounds like you may have a problem with your CV joints. They could be worn out and need to be replaced. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic for a thorough inspection.
Another possible explanation could be a loose heat shield. This can cause a clicking or rattling noise when the car is idling or driving at low speeds. I would suggest having your mechanic check for any loose heat shields and tighten or replace them if needed.
