What does the 'Sport' mode do in the Vauxhall Crossland?

I've noticed that my Vauxhall Crossland has a 'Sport' mode but I'm not sure what it does. Can someone please explain?

In the Sport mode, the transmission will hold gears longer and downshift more aggressively, giving you a more sporty driving experience. I recommend using it for a more lively drive on winding roads, but be mindful of your fuel consumption.

The Sport mode adjusts the throttle response and steering feel, making the car feel more responsive and engaging. I personally use it for daily driving as it makes the car more fun to drive.

As the name suggests, the Sport mode is meant for a sporty driving experience. It changes the shift points, making the car more responsive and lively. However, be careful when using it in wet or slippery roads as it may make the car harder to control.
