What is the difference between a Vauxhall Astra ECO mode and Normal mode?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra and noticed it has an ECO mode. What is the purpose of this mode and how does it differ from the normal driving mode?

ECO mode in a Vauxhall Astra is designed to optimize your fuel efficiency by adjusting various settings such as engine performance and air conditioning usage. It can lead to a smoother and more economical driving experience.

O

In Normal mode, your Vauxhall Astra operates at its default settings. This mode is better suited for a more powerful and responsive driving experience, but may consume more fuel.

S

I recommend using the ECO mode for everyday driving, especially for longer trips where fuel economy is important. However, if you enjoy a more dynamic driving style, feel free to use the Normal mode.
