I recently purchased a used Vauxhall Insignia and have been experiencing issues with the heating system. It seems to take a long time to warm up and even when it does, the heat is inconsistent. What could be causing this problem and how can I fix it?
ReplyHi Rachel, it sounds like your Vauxhall Insignia could have a faulty thermostat or air blend door. These are common issues with the heating system and can lead to inconsistent heat. I would recommend bringing your car to a certified mechanic to have it checked and repaired if necessary.
Hello Rachel, I had the same issue with my Vauxhall Insignia and it turned out to be a clogged heater core. The build up of debris and sediment can restrict the flow of hot air. I suggest flushing out your heater core or having a mechanic do it for you.
