What type of engine oil should I use for my Vauxhall Vivaro?

I just bought a Vauxhall Vivaro and I'm not sure what kind of engine oil to use. I want to make sure I use the right one and that I don't damage my engine. Can you give me some advice on which type of engine oil to use?

I use a synthetic blend oil in my Vauxhall Vivaro and have been very happy with it. It's important to regularly check your oil levels and change it according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

I recommend using a high mileage oil if your Vauxhall Vivaro has over 75,000 miles on it. It can help reduce engine wear and improve performance.

You should use a low viscosity oil with a W30 or W40 rating. Check your owner's manual to see if there are any specific recommendations for your model.
