Hi Luke, this knocking sound could be caused by a few different things. One possibility is that there is a problem with your engine's timing chain. It could also be an issue with the fuel injector or the spark plug. It's best to take your car to a mechanic to diagnose the problem and make any necessary repairs.

Hey Luke, it's not uncommon for cars to make knocking sounds from time to time. However, if the sound is persistent and getting louder, it's important to have it checked out. It could be an issue with the oil pressure or the connecting rod in the engine. Regardless, it's best to take it to a professional for a thorough inspection.

Hi Luke, I had a similar issue with my Astra before. The knocking sound was caused by a loose engine mount. It's a simple fix and not very expensive. I suggest bringing it to a mechanic as soon as possible before the loose mount causes further damage to your engine.
