Why is my Vauxhall Corsa making a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel?

I have a Vauxhall Corsa and recently, I've noticed that whenever I turn the steering wheel, there's this clicking noise coming from the front of the car. It's not very loud, but it's definitely noticeable. What could be causing this and should I be worried?

Hi Sarah, the clicking noise you're hearing could be coming from the CV joints or the steering column. This is a common issue in Vauxhall Corsas and it's usually due to wear and tear. It's important to get this checked out by a mechanic as it could lead to bigger problems if left untreated. I would recommend getting your car inspected as soon as possible.

Hey Sarah, I had the same issue with my Vauxhall Corsa and I found out that it was due to a loose bolt in the steering column. I tightened it myself and the clicking noise went away. You can try doing the same, but if you're not comfortable with it, it's best to take it to a mechanic.

Hi Sarah, I had a similar problem with my Corsa and it turned out to be a faulty ball joint. It's a small part, but it's crucial for the steering of your car. I would advise getting it checked and replaced if needed. Better safe than sorry.
