The clicking noise could be coming from worn out CV joints or wheel bearings. It's important to have a mechanic inspect and fix this issue as soon as possible to avoid any further damage to your vehicle.

Another possible cause of the clicking noise could be a loose or damaged tie rod end. Schedule an appointment with your mechanic to have this checked and if necessary, replaced.

It could also be a problem with your suspension, specifically the strut mounts. These can wear out over time and cause clicking noises while turning. Have your mechanic inspect and replace if needed.

Regardless of the cause, it's important to have this noise checked out as soon as possible. Ignoring it could lead to further damage and more costly repairs in the future.
