I've noticed that when I step on the gas pedal to accelerate, my Vauxhall Grandland makes a strange noise that I've never heard before. It almost sounds like a whistling or hissing noise. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?
ReplyIt's possible that there is an issue with your car's air intake system. Check to see if any parts are loose or damaged.
Another possibility could be a problem with the exhaust system. Have a mechanic check for any leaks or damage.
If you notice that the noise only occurs during acceleration, it could be a sign of a worn out drive belt. Have it replaced as soon as possible.
