Why is my Vauxhall Insignia making a strange noise while turning?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Insignia and have noticed a strange noise coming from the front of the car whenever I make a turn. It sounds like a grinding or rubbing noise. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is possible that this noise could be caused by a worn or damaged CV joint. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic to have it checked and replaced if necessary. It's important to address this issue as soon as possible before it causes further damage to your car.

Another possibility is that there is an issue with the steering system or suspension. Have a professional inspect these components to ensure they are functioning properly. It's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your vehicle's safety and performance.

If the noise only occurs during sharp turns, it could be a problem with the wheel bearings. These should be replaced by a trained technician to ensure proper installation. Neglecting to address this issue could result in more serious and costly problems down the road.
