Why is my Vauxhall Insignia's digital display not working?

I recently purchased a used Vauxhall Insignia and I've noticed that the digital display on my dashboard is not working. Everything else seems to be functioning properly. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I fix it?

It's possible that there could be a problem with the connection between the display and the car's computer. Try checking the wiring and connections to see if there are any loose or damaged parts. If you're not familiar with car electronics, it's best to have a professional mechanic take a look.

Another common issue with digital displays is a faulty sensor. Try resetting the sensor by disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. If the display still doesn't work, it's best to have the sensor checked and possibly replaced by a professional.

In some cases, the problem could be with the display itself. If none of the previous solutions work, it's best to have the display unit checked and possibly replaced. It's also a good idea to check for any available software updates for the display.
