Why is my Vauxhall Zafira Life making a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel?

I recently noticed that my Vauxhall Zafira Life is making a clicking noise every time I turn the steering wheel, even when driving straight. What could be causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

It's possible that there could be a problem with the steering column or the power steering system. It's best to bring your vehicle to a trusted mechanic for a diagnostic check.

I had a similar issue with my Zafira Life and it turned out to be a loose or worn out CV joint. This can be fixed by replacing the joint, but make sure to get it checked out by a professional first!

In some cases, the clicking noise could be caused by a loose or damaged belt in the engine. Take a look under the hood to see if any belts look worn or frayed. If so, it's best to have them replaced as soon as possible to avoid any further damage.
