Why is the engine in my Vauxhall Corsa overheating?

I drive a Vauxhall Corsa and recently, the temperature gauge on my dashboard keeps going into the red. I've checked the coolant levels and they seem to be fine. What could be causing my engine to overheat?

First, check the condition of your radiator and make sure it's not clogged with dirt or debris. If it is, give it a good clean. Also, check the radiator fan and see if it's functioning properly. If not, it may need to be replaced.

Another possible cause for an overheating engine could be a faulty thermostat. It may be stuck closed, preventing coolant from flowing throughout the engine. In this case, it will need to be replaced.

If all else seems fine, it's possible that there may be a leak in your cooling system. Check for any visible signs of leaks or dripping coolant. If you can't find any, it may be worth taking your car to a mechanic for a more thorough inspection.
