Why is the engine making a strange noise?

I recently started my Vauxhall Grandland and noticed a strange noise coming from the engine. Why is this happening and what should I do?

It's most likely an issue with the timing belt or pulleys. You should take your car to a certified mechanic for further inspection.

Check to see if any of the engine components are loose or worn out. If so, they will need to be replaced to eliminate the noise.
